Ho Ho Ho Laura,

Are you as excited about Christmas as I am? The elves have been really busy making toys for all the good little boys and girls on my list like you. It’s so much fun in Santa’s workshop this time of year!

Rudolph and the other reindeer are ready to fly through the Christmas Eve sky to help deliver all the wonderful gifts. It just seems like Rudolph’s nose glows even brighter this time of year.

Remember Laura, all the toys, all the friends and all the family are just a small part of what makes Christmas time so special. Christmas is really the day we celebrate the birth of Jesus. The baby Jesus is the reason we share so much on this special day. After all, the day is even named in his honor.

On that first Christmas morning, long ago, three wise men arrived as the blessed Baby Jesus was born in the manger, while angels looked upon Him. May those angels watch over you this Christmas, Laura, may the Lord Jesus bless you and all His children, for all your days to come.

One last thing, Laura. If it’s not too much trouble, before you go to bed on Christmas Eve, could you set out a snack somewhere by the tree? Rudolph and I love to really enjoy a snack before we slide back up the chimney.
