Things sure are busy here in the snowy North Pole! I’ve been making my list of all the boys and girls who have been good this year, and guess what? You are at the very top!

Santa’s elves are in the workshop hammering away – tinkering, painting, and wrapping up gifts for children all over the world. Rudolph and the reindeer team just can’t wait to load up the sleigh with great big bags of toys and then its “Off We Go!” and “Ho Ho Ho!” into the chilly Christmas Eve sky.

You’ve been a good boy/girl this year, and that makes Santa very happy. And I know that you’ll keep being good long after Christmas has passed. Don’t forget that Christmastime is about much more than presents under the tree. It’s a season that reminds us all to be kind and generous to everyone we meet, and to follow in the footsteps of Him whose birth we celebrate on that special day each December.

On that first Christmas morning, so long ago, the blessed Baby Jesus was born in the manger, while angels looked upon Him. May those angels watch over you this Christmas, _________, and may the Lord Jesus bless you and all His children, for all your days to come.
